No snow in Bognor :)

The 'advance party' already on their way back 'up North' have reported snow on M40 at Banbury and only 1 lane open on the M6 past Stafford cause of snow in the other 2 lanes.

Hoping to be away myself soon. Got my survival kit in my boot , just in case :)

More like an inch than the cm I originally thought here this morning now that I've been out in it. Unfortunately living on a side street of a side street means my car aint moving anywhere today.

Been out for a walk (slide) in it this morning though. I love the cold crisp winter mornings. I do wish the snow would go do one though !!  >:(

A good amount yesterday in Norfolk yesterday. It chucked it down. The roads cleared up a lot today though, once the sun came out. We have a bit more forecasted Sunday night and Monday....

absolutely tons of  the white shuff (about 4-5 inches in total) thus lots of snow creatures in our garden. The first is a snow dog made by alison and chloe while i was at my work and the second is a 7ft snowman which we made earlier this afternoon

That's a snowman and a half !!

It's actually turned to rain here now which was not part of the forecast. Of course all that will happen with that though is that it will freeze over and we'll have something akin to an Ice Rink for a street in the morning.

Anyway, that's us just back in from clearing the drive for the 3rd time this weekend. It better be the bloody last time for a while !

Well what a complete waste of time that was clearing the drive last night. We have had at least another 4 inches fall on us last night, with the promise of more to come.

No way the car was getting out today. I've watched a couple of plonkers in my street try and move and get completely stuck. We now have an abandoned Ford Focus in the middle of our street !!

Just spent another 30 minutes clearing my driveway and what's happened just as I go to start on the 2nd path....yes, it's bloody started snowing again !!

All the schools in Fife are now officially closed. I'm not going to work (no trains, and the roads are a mare) so we're going to head off back to the Death Slide today  8)
