Just getting to the end of a mammoth 4 hour documentary on BBC 4 on Tom Petty And The Heart Breakers. I missed the first hour but it's classic stuff.

Well we're now 6 episodes into the new series of Doctor Who so whats your opinions on it so far ?

For me it's been the TV highlight of the year so far - and probably the highlight for many a year. Matt Smith is fast on the way to becoming my favourite Doctor of all time - closely on the heels of Jon Pertwee already !

Amy Pond is absolutely stunning as well  :-* :-* and even the much maligned theme tune has grown on me.

They could - in my opinion - do with ditching the boyfriend as his presence doesn't really feel like it's required.

Finally, a reason for me to stay in on Saturday nights.

Heaven is

Ah, he can't have been fired as the firing is coming up. Personal reasons i'm guessing.
