Vinyl Town
« on: February 18, 2011, 10:02:25 AM »
I have just set up a Facebook Page called Vinyl Town. The idea has come about from the regular vinyl sessions that a friend and I do. When we play our vinyl records, they bring back brilliant memories. MP3's, cd's etc cannot recreate the sensations that vinyl does and so the idea was born. A page for any vinyl nostalgic or for anyone that may still even use vinyl....

If you have a vinyl passion or just want to discuss some of the memories of this wonderful format, then Vinyl Town is the place to visit....I have already got a famous guitarist on there and he has shared the most fantastic memory of what got him into rock music!!!

Have a quick gander at the page, Peter. If you like it, click on the ol 'like' button to help spread the word! I still can't believe I have a famous guitarist posting on there!

It's the Yell advert Chris, with the guy trying to find a copy of his record he made in his youth.

Good luck with it Chris.

I can't view it myself as I'm not on Facebook. I hate these modern fad sites.  >:(

It's the Duke Of Norfolk! I had a running gag on here, where I called myself the Unofficial Duke Of Norfolk...It amused me for a while!
