M&D's Trip Report

In August I visited M&Ds for the first time since 2007, Nothing much has changed and the park was still a dump, Here is my ride count and pictures.

Sorry for the bad pictures

Anyway was a good day out and an alright park.

Ride count.

Tornado-rough rusty and painful but I did it 4 and that was enought.

Tsnami-pretty fun ride and kept re-riding it was on 3 trains for the whole day rode this 14 times

Express 12 times-fun little ride.

Big Wheel 2

White Water Flume-Rode this 14 times and just stayed on.Got bored towoard the end so the guy let us sit backwards :-)

Flying carpet 7 fun ride.

Pbbs old tidal wave-great ride not as wild as it used to be but still quite fun-rode this 6 times.

Mobys revenge-depth charge kind of idea-rode once on each slide (3 times total)

Drop tower-same as fruit shot.

Bomber maxx 2-1 cost extra to ride.

Big apple-1 the apple for the ride was in the car park.

chairswings-4 these ones were wild!

Thanks for the report, Alex.

A couple of questions:

Is the Magic Carpet ride, the one that was at Alton Towers?

Also, the Bomber Mark 2, was that one of the pair, previously from Peasure Beach, Blackpool?

I have a suspicion that the flying carpet was the same one that was at bpb for a season so possibly could have moved on to alton,the bomber was going about while the two were still at blackpool which the last i heard was the peter sedwick had bought both of them

Bomber Mark 2 is a different model from Spin Doctor. It's a fairly new machine. It has a higher capacity and is much larger and faster.

The Alton Towers flying carpet was sold abroad.

adz the one at blackpool was a concession in the 80s,i remember seeing one with a german sign but cant remember if it was that one
