Without a doubt, it's a Eurofighter. I am very disappointed though. I had hoped the Towers would have invested in something newer (Eurofighters have been around some time, now.)  However, if they pull out all the stops, perhaps they can have a serious alternative to the world class, Saw.

N.B. Dav's post is about the new drop tower ride!

Chris.

nemesis sub-terra sounds not too bad.

This coaster however. I was worried when i had a look at it the first time as i was half asleep and it looked like i might have had a reason to visit towers more often... but on a closer look, its just a bit... well, meh. Looks like a 2 year old designed it with crayons and someone fit the squiggle into a coaster...

Even though nothing really stands out, i'll wait till ive been on it, towers have to top nemmie one day... i hope anyway...

The Alton Towers Resort will have a fantastic year, a new thrill ride will be opening and a new coaster will be constructed. Contry to what Pleasure Beach Resort fanboys have been spouting, Enterprise and Submission WILL operate in 2012.

I suggest agreeing to disagree guys  :thumbup1:

We all have our likes and dislikes and personal preferences. That's life - it would be pretty dull if we were all the same.

Alton Towers, Pleasure Beach, Drayton Manor Park all provide rides for young and old, scary and non scary to suit all tastes. Just because a certain ride isn't to your particular taste remember there are others out there who do like that ride and who won't like your particular favourites.

However, I would add Jones that all you seem to have done so far on this site is come on here and knock the Pleasure Beach, which is a shame because you are not going to really get much change on a site that is all about Blackpool and largely about promoting what it has to offer.
