9 dart Taylor - awesome
« on: February 17, 2012, 02:18:12 PM »
Phil 'The Power' did a 9 darter last night in the Premier League as he came from behind to beat Kevin 'the Artist' Painter.

It was a sublime set of darts, as he switched his way round the board. He started with a 180 max from his first three darts. He followed up with a 60 and then switched to treble 19's reeling off two of those with his next darts from that visit to the board.

That left him requiring 147 and he duly obliged with another treble twenty followed by a move down the board for the treble 17 to leave double 18 which he took out to raise the roof from the Scottish fans who sang his name throughout after almost as passionately as they had their very own Gary Anderson in the match before.

Truly awesome and the maestro is still the player to beat.
