I see that Mr Paxman thinks that the TMB is a spoof.
...
What do you make of that, Mr Paxman?

My name is Paxham, Dr Ripley.  If you have shown the same diligence in compiling your book, no wonder folk are laughing.

And the TMB site is certainly a spoof (albeit an elaborate one).  Eric has spotted that this is viral marketing - funnily enough, exactly what my brother said on the phone earlier tonight!  Still, the review looks reasonable.  Might have to buy a copy myself, Dr Ripon.

Meanwhile, back on topic.  Thanks for the info re Morrisons, John and BellVueShrew.  I looks like I might have  two or three choices.  I'm there next week - can't wait!
Thanks for everyone's help.

I am just sorry that you and the good Dr are just on here to publicise the book.

I have enjoyed your posts and it's been a blast.

Feel free to pop by with your TMB stuff or if you ever feel like having a laugh or winding us up again.

Before getting into viral marketing and book writing, if you ever worked in computers and did a stint at British Leyland in the early days, I have a good idea who you are!

I hesitate to respond to this thread, but my love of completeness leads me to report that I was able to purchase a supply yesterday.
Many thanks for all your suggestions!

It'll only be complete when you give us your verdict after eating it!  And good luck... :w00t:

Should Mr Paxman ever be visiting Blackpool again, I can definitively tell him that it most certainly is available in Abingdon Street Market on the stall run by Dawson's.
I was able to verify this during my trip to the town yesterday to promote my book.  No sign of the so-called 'Men In White' while I was there, either!
