Love him or hate him, Jeremy Clarkson has been sacked by the BBC, after he assaulted one of the show's producers. The sacking was inevitable but the question is: what next for him?

My thought is that another channel (Dave would be the logical choice if they could muster the funds) will snap him up for a similar show.

I have always found Clarkson a very entertaining TV host but I knew that one day, something controversial would land him in hot water.

I'm not really a top gear fan but i sort of got the impression he thought he was untouchable.

I think that the BBC wanted rid of him due to his wages..they had been looking for an excuse ..

The fact that the man he ' assaulted ' is not pursuing it says it all..
